Method
Rava-1 cup

Method
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry the raisins and keep aside.
- Fry rava in the same pan until it becomes fragrant and change its colour.
- Add grated coconut and roast for a few minutes.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Add cardamom powder and raisins and turn off the flame.
- Allow it to cool a bit, not completely.
- Pour the milk and mix well to make the mixture soft.
- Divide the mixture into parts and make small balls out of it.
- Yummy rava laddoos are ready to serve.
- Store it in an airtight container.
